Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs
Dry sparkling wine that consists of a Blend of 75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc grapes (mutation of Pinot noir grapes.) Aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers. Palate is crisp and dry with a long mouthwatering finish. The Winery also uses organic or naturally derived fertilizers. Pairs well with seafood.
